Most of my products are made to order. Please allow for 1-2 weeks production time, for clay items and 4-5 days production time for brass products, plus additional time for shipping. Please contact me if you require your products sooner. 

SHIPPING

Goldie & Clay ships through Auspost. Please keep in mind that once items are shipped it is out of our hands as to how long shipping takes (with all forms of shipping). There is the option to choose untracked shipping for all flat items i.e. clay, brass & acrylic ornaments, keyrings/keychains, christmas cards, bunting, lanyards and purses however please note Goldie & Clay will not be responsible if your package goes missing (this is the risk of choosing untracked). This is an honesty based policy, if you choose untracked for items that are unable to be sent in a small flat package, you will be invoiced the difference in shipping and items will not be sent until invoice is paid.
